I guess that technically, these are quarter units of a true Broken Dishes block, but I'll be getting them up on the design wall later this week to figure out how I'm actually going to lay them out. Right now, the design wall is occupied by some mocked up pinwheels that I'm planning to turn into more table runners:
These, and a couple of other projects, are waiting on some fabric to be shipped out to get finished up! I'm guessing that the fabric should arrive at the end of this week, which should make for a fun quilty weekend! I also need to find some time to hit up Jo-ann so that I can get more elastic, so that I can turn these strips into steering wheel covers:
I'm also really looking forward to next week - it's shop hop time! I'm working on setting a budget for myself - a must on a trip like this. But I've decided that no matter what, I'm picking up a minimum of 2 FQ's at each shop. Those will help to build my stash, and will likely go into some smaller projects that I'm making for my upcoming craft fair. On that note, here's a picture of one (of a couple dozen!) of the tissue holders that I made this weekend!
What are you working on this week?

What a fun group of projects you've got going. The shop hop sounds like a blast!
ReplyDeleteSmall items are a must for craft fairs and your tissue holders are charming! Have fun on your shop hop!
